Tan Bomb Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all wholesale purchases from Tan Bomb. By placing an order with us, you (“Stockist”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

• Wholesale accounts are available only to registered businesses with an ABN/ACN.
• Tan Bomb reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at its discretion.

2. Pricing & Minimum Orders

• Wholesale pricing is provided once an account has been approved.
• Prices are exclusive of GST (if applicable) and shipping unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies to first and subsequent orders (details provided in Wholesale Catalogue).
• Tan Bomb reserves the right to adjust pricing with notice (14 days for existing stockists).

3. Payment Terms

• New accounts: Full payment is required prior to shipment.
• Approved accounts: At Tan Bomb’s discretion, payment terms (e.g., NET 30) may be offered.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or PayPal.
• Late payments may incur interest or suspension of future orders.

4. Ordering & Fulfilment

• Orders must be placed via our wholesale portal, order form, or approved distributor.
• Processing times are typically 2–5 business days. Delays may occur during high demand periods.
• Shipping charges are added to each order unless the free shipping threshold is met.

5. Shipping & Risk

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Stockist upon delivery to the carrier.
• Stockist must inspect goods upon arrival and notify Tan Bomb of damages or shortages within 7 business days.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for wholesale orders.
• Approved returns must be notified within 7 days of receipt and returned in original packaging.

7. Resale Policy

• Products may only be sold through approved channels (physical stores, online stores, salons, boutiques).
• Stockists may not resell Tan Bomb products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) without written permission.
• Stockists may not rebrand, relabel, or alter Tan Bomb products.

8. Marketing & Branding

• Tan Bomb will provide approved product images, descriptions, and marketing materials upon request.
• Stockists must represent products accurately and maintain Tan Bomb’s brand integrity.

9. Liability

• Tan Bomb’s liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
• Tan Bomb is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or resale of our products.

10. Termination

• Tan Bomb reserves the right to terminate any wholesale account for breach of these terms, late payment, or brand misrepresentation.

11. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

By placing a wholesale order with Tan Bomb, the Stockist acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
