Delivery, Shipping & Returns

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. During times of heavy volumes, processing may take up to 7–10 days.

International Orders

All international orders will be issued a tracking number. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring their purchases meet customs regulations for their country. Tan Bomb will not be responsible for customs duty charged or refusal of entry.

Responsibility

Once goods have been accepted for delivery by Australia Post, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery process. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect address details provided. The customer is liable for any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect address information.

Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes or other industrial action
  • Civil commotion, terrorism or threat of, war or preparation for war
  • Fire, explosion, adverse weather conditions, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disaster
  • Disruption to supplies or delivery methods
  • Acts of government or regulatory bodies
  • Disruption to public or private telecommunications networks

Customs and Border Control

Overseas parcels may be delayed at customs when entering your country. This is beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for late arrivals caused by customs processes.


Cancellations, Order Combination & Returns

Cancellations

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. To cancel without incurring return costs, you must contact us before dispatch. Email info@tanbomb.com.au. If you would like to change an order, please contact us urgently to avoid extra delivery charges. Please choose carefully once dispatched, change-of-mind returns will be at your expense.

Returns

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. To arrange a return, email info@tanbomb.com.au for the return address.

Damaged or Faulty Parcels

If your products arrive damaged or are faulty, please email info@tanbomb.com.au within 14 days of receiving them. We will provide an exchange where possible or a full refund once we have received the returned item. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
