1. Ordering Tan Bomb Products

All orders are made online via our website. After placing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation. At checkout, you will be directed to the shipping confirmation page to select your delivery method. Orders are subject to acceptance by us, confirmed when we notify you that your order has been dispatched.

Backorder: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we expect stock shortly, the item may be sent separately after your main order is dispatched.

2. Delivery

Despatch: We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. During high-volume periods, dispatch may take up to 7–10 days.

Delivery Options:

• Australia Post Regular Parcels
• Australia Post Pack and Track
• Australia Post Express Parcels

International Orders: All international orders will receive a tracking number. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring their order complies with local customs regulations. Tan Bomb will not be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or refusal of entry.

Additional Services: For extra services (e.g., insurance or signature on delivery), note this in the ‘comments’ field at checkout. Additional costs will be invoiced.

Tracking Numbers: Provided via email once your order has been processed.

Responsibility: Once goods are accepted by Australia Post, we are not responsible for delivery issues. Ensure your address is accurate; additional costs from incorrect details are the customer’s responsibility.

Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

• Strikes or other industrial action
• Civil commotion, terrorism, war, or threat of war
• Fire, explosion, adverse weather, subsidence, epidemic, or natural disaster
• Disruption to supplies or delivery methods
• Acts of government or regulatory bodies
• Disruption to public or private telecommunications networks

Customs and Border Control: International parcels may be delayed at customs. This is beyond our control, and we are not responsible for late arrivals due to customs processes.

3. The Contract

A binding contract exists once we confirm acceptance of your order by dispatch notification. If we do not confirm acceptance, we will refund your payment.

We may cancel or suspend orders if terms are breached, including for non-payment or fraudulent activity. We may block certain emails or phone numbers from ordering.

Ownership of goods passes only upon receipt of full payment.

No person other than the parties to this contract has rights under or in connection with it.

4. Resale

Purchases from our website are for personal use only. Commercial resale without written permission is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.

Secure Information: We do not store credit card details. Payments are processed securely through PayPal or other secure payment processors.

5. Cancellations, Order Combination & Returns

Cancellations: To cancel without return costs, email info@tanbomb.com.au before dispatch. Once dispatched, return costs are your responsibility. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind on opened items.

Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used bath bombs. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days at the customer’s expense. Email info@tanbomb.com.au for return instructions.

Damaged/Faulty Parcels: Email us within 14 days if your order arrives damaged or faulty. We will replace where possible or refund once returned. In these cases, we cover return postage.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Australian law.

6. Disclaimer

Information on this website is for general purposes and not medical or cosmetic advice.

Each bath bomb is unique; variations in colour, pattern, texture, weight, or scent may occur but will not affect quality. We reserve the right to alter product appearance without notice.

7. Variation

We may update these terms at any time. New terms will replace old terms on our website.
